Eat less to lose more -  People usually eat a less amount of food so that they don’t deposit fats into their body.   Of course, if you don’t eat you will lose weight, but crash dieting is not the way to go because it’s not healthy.   If you want to lose weight quickly, the best way to go is to eat less fatty foods and eat more foods that barely have any fat in them. This can include certain vegetables like cabbage and lettuce and fruits like apples and oranges that actually help the body stop absorbing fat for certain amounts of time.

Exercise -  If you want to lose weight in a small amount of time then that morning jog might not quite do it.   You might want to start going to the gym so you can use the treadmill and even lift some weights so that you can burn the fats in the body and develop your muscles.   Or you could try something like Yoga if you think that all that weightlifting will leave you too hungry.
