The county needs to work to be better stewards of citizens' money. Why aren't they looking at other options first, like changing government offices to a 4 day work week, to save on energy? There are so many things they could try first. The problem (deficit) got so large because those in charge have stuck their heads in the sand, instead of facing up the impending trouble.
