		<description>Voter Education Course?  Not a bad idea.  Why should the ignorant and uninformed be allowed to vote?  

As for the two party system; many people vote only so they can say they were on the &quot;winning&quot; side.  They often choose the candidate they think will win and then vote for them.  My question to them is always:  Just what did you win?</description>
